Filedu is a free web utility offering file conversion, PDF editing, image conversion, QR codes, and electronic signature/stamp creation in the browser. All processing happens inside your browser.
2. Notice on signature/stamp features
Images created with this site's electronic signature and stamp features are for personal and internal document convenience. They do not carry the same legal effect as an accredited electronic signature, a registered seal, or an official government seal under Korean law. You must not use them for illegal purposes such as impersonating a person or organization or forging or altering documents; you are solely responsible for any such use.
3. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of conversion or generation results. Please verify important documents yourself. The operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.
4. Changes to these terms
The operator may change these terms as needed, and the revised terms take effect when posted on this page. Significant changes will be announced through in-service notices and similar means.
5. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are interpreted and applied under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the court having jurisdiction over the operator's address shall be the competent court for any dispute arising from use of the Service.
